Phil and his team are great! I am very happy I found an honest shop that uses OEM parts. I love to drive older cars and they make it easy to do so. Phil was very friendly and helpful with setting up an appointment to bring my car in. They were very thorough with a full inspection of my vehicle. Very honest and friendly people. Couldn’t ask for more honest and helpful guys. Had an engine blow in my Focus. They wrote up a quote for a brand new crate motor, not a remanufactured one, and was still competitive with not only the dealership but other shops as well. I’m not saying it was cheap but you get what you pay for in a good way. Service was exceptional, their writer Mike is extremely professional and always had an answer for all my questions. Their techs had no issue with me asking for updates and pictures, unlike dealerships. All in all, the best way to describe my experience with them is honest, professional, helpful, and most importantly and hard to come by nowadays is their friendliness. Thanks again guys!
