I recently had Made In America/Made in Japan check out two cars I was thinking of buying. Phil Poe and staff were thorough and frank. Their assessments stopped me from buying two cars that would have both been financial drains. While I acknowledge they are hardly a budget operation, I've never had a problem with one repair they've taken on for me.

Good costumer service, i had a transmission oil change and everything came out great. i will definitely be coming back.

Phil was very accessible and professional. My truck repair was very expensive however so I can't give it 5 stars. My son had to return the truck for a small problem that was overlooked however Phil had it towed and so it was fairly easy to manage. I did not take time to compare pricing on the repairs so have no idea whether it was reasonable but for ease of handling with this shop I can say it was excellent service. And I would take my sons truck back if needed.

Every time I bring any of are company trucks to you I get treated with great respect and honesty. I know the job will get done right the first time with quality parts.

I have taken my vehicle in several times for different issues and I have always received excellent customer service. Jobs were completed to my satisfaction on time.
